Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BrightRN Clinical Operations System (the "Service") and this website. The Service is operated by BrightRN Consulting LLC ("BrightRN", "we", "us"). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• Access to the Service is limited to authorized users. Accounts are created by BrightRN and cannot be self-registered.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and two-step verification codes confidential.
• You may use the Service only for the work you are assigned and authorized to do. You may not access records you are not authorized to see, and you may not share another user's credentials.
• You must notify BrightRN immediately if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any client agreement or professional standard applicable to your work;
• Attempt to access, copy, export or share data outside of your authorized role, including customer billing and financial records you are not authorized to see;
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt to bypass security controls, or probe or scan the Service's infrastructure;
• Use the Service to send spam or to harass any person.

Records you create in the Service — including schedules, visits, tasks, documents and notes — belong to BrightRN Consulting LLC's business records and the client relationships they support. You license us to store, process and display this data for the purpose of operating the Service and providing the underlying services. Do not enter information the Service is not intended to hold.

The Service, including its design, code and content, is owned by BrightRN Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works from the Service except as needed to use it as authorized.

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the latest version is always posted here, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightRN Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This paragraph does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your role ends, or if we are required to protect the security of the Service or its data.
